Barbara Harris (Head of Inclusion) established the department in 2007. She develops inclusion strategies and provides advice to commissioners, BSUH executives/directors and leads on the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES)
Simon Anjoyeb (Deputy Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) leads on service improvement, data reporting and the Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES).
Phillip Waldman (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager – Workforce) leads on data analysis, equality impact assessments, policies, working with HR and senior management.
Olivia King, Equality Advisor, leads on staff training and resource development.
