Pronoun Badges – first initiative in the UK

In March 2018 Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals along with other public sector organisations introduced optional pronoun badges for people to use in recognition of gender diversity and also to raise awareness of respecting people and their right to self-determine their pronouns. There has been excellent coverage from the press and positive support from local community groups.
